About this Website

This website, powered by the Omeka software, is being used in the course ANTH 284 - African-American Ethnography & Film at Georgetown University in Qatar for the Fall 2018 semester.

Students enrolled in the course will be learning about the topic of African-American Ethnography & Film and using this information to develop projects using the Omeka software. The goal is to utilize the rich multimedia content available in the area of African-American studies to create media-rich exhibits that are impactful.
